Priory has made manual operation available on the Ganymede range of insulated roller shutter doors, providing you with an insulated alternative to the ‘traditional’ scrolled steel lath manual industrial roller shutters we have to offer as part of our Titan range.
A cost-effective alternative to insulated sectional doors, Ganymede insulated roller shutter doors are quick to install and simple to maintain – the best of both worlds for the trade! They also bring the huge benefit of a small headroom requirement and no protruding tracks, ideal for openings with limited or obstructed space.

Push Up or Chain Operation
Choose from ‘push up – pull down’ manual operation for smaller apertures such as window or door protection or geared chain operation for larger openings with single or double gear reduction available. Sizes for geared haul chain roller shutter doors are up to 4500mm x 4500mm for Ganymede (6500mm x 6500mm for Titan).
And insulated wicket gates too!
We’ve also added the option of a wicket gate for easy access on foot without having to open the roller shutter door. It’s a neat piece of design – our clever hinged solution allows wicket doors to open out of the way to allow full access when the complete roller shutter door is in operation. Universally handed and very fitter friendly, wicket doors require only bolt fixings to install, no welding required…
But what about powered?
Both our Ganymede & Titan manually operated roller shutter doors are also available power operated, and Priory is just as experienced with the nuances of this type of control as manual operation. Available with an array of control options, choose from single phase tubular motor driven or single-phase/three-phase power operated drives in variants for in-board/out-board flange mounting and direct drive.
